Description

Cottage cheese chocolate ice cream is a creamy, high-protein dessert you can blend in minutes. No churn, no guilt—just pure chocolate joy.


Ingredients

1 16 oz container cottage cheese (preferably full fat)

¼ cup honey

¼ cup cacao powder

2 tablespoons almond butter

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

flaky sea salt to taste optional


Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, cacao, almond butter, vanilla and honey to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice cream to a loaf pan or container and freeze for 2-3 hours until set.
  3. Serve ice cream topping with flaky sea salt if desired.
