Ingredients
1 16 oz container cottage cheese (preferably full fat)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup cacao powder
2 tablespoons almond butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
flaky sea salt to taste optional
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, cacao, almond butter, vanilla and honey to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cream to a loaf pan or container and freeze for 2-3 hours until set.
- Serve ice cream topping with flaky sea salt if desired.
